This property is so nice inside the bartenders were so nice but they loved working there every employee we talked to was very nice and accommodating I would give it 5 stars they even have security at night to make you feel safe it's pricey don't get me wrong but for us it was an experience not just a place to sleep highly highly recommend this property its a luxury hotel that has a great bar and restaurant so it's one stop for all your needs

I loved my stay! My room was so comfy and super clean! The bed was so comfortable…the best sleep I’ve had in a hotel! Staff was friendly and helpful! I also received a complementary appetizer for dinner at Charred and complementary breakfast for both my daughter and I! Oh and snacks/water at the Elevator! I will be back in the future and suggest this hotel to my friends and family! Thanks so much!

The room was very comfortable, after a long day from flying into Louisville it felt good to take a nice long shower, and great bed. I also liked that I could sign into my own streaming services. The one person who really stood out to me was Sybil at the front desk. She just made my day with her warm smile and friendly service. She went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I like the location of this property, the staff was pretty nice, the parking lot was nice, the room was pretty nice

The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the staff was exceptional.
